French AD Magazine staged a show house in Paris parallel to the Maison & Objet fair. In the 17th-century city mansion “L’Enclos des Bernardins” a group of architects converted the stately rooms.
Romanian-born French designer Maria Pergay, teamed up with Italian fashion home collection Fendi Casa and turned an oak-paneled petite salon into a bureau enchanté, with Hubert Robert’s panoramas of ruins, sweeping sheer curtains, and Pergay’s signature Flying Carpet daybed.
This fall Fendi Casa will reproduce five of Pergay’s iconic designs.
