Fashion brands and their home collections
This sadly only digital G-shaped two story villa was created by Ora-Ito in 1999 for Gucci. At the height of the Gucci relaunch and in the early days of Wallpaper* this was surely the modernist dream home. The villa was actually not commissioned by Gucci but was a nearly perfect symbol for the crazy hype the brand went through after the relaunch orchestrated by Maestro Tom Ford.
By the way: Ora-Ito also designed the cover artwork for Air’s 10000 Hz Legend desert home.
